Vinification gentle pressing, small percentage of whole berries, no punch down, one month maceration minimum

Aging stainless steel tanks, 4 months in an old large oak barrel, long period of rest in the bottle

Longevity best in the 5-7 years from harvest, continuing to inspire beyond in the way only a great wine is able

On the label the great oak is blown by the wind, but its old roots are too deep for it to fear the weather
