Grape variety 100% Barbera 

Vineyard municipality of Agliano Terme; age of vines over 90 years 

Soil a unique balanced mix of clay, sand and silt 

Vinification gentle pressing, small percentage of whole berries, no punch down, maceration up to 45 days 

Aging steel tanks, 6 months in an old large oak barrel, long period of rest in the bottle 

Longevity best in the 7-10 years from harvest, inspiring beyond in the way only a great wine does 

For us elegance meets tradition:
elegant tannins, a nose rich in red fruit and violet 

On the label the great oak is blown by the wind, but its roots are too deep  for it to fear the weather

Vinification soft pressing, no punch down, long maceration. It is obtained through separate vinifications of approximately 15 plots to better represent the different souls of our terroirs 

Aging steel tanks, long period of rest in the bottle 

Longevity best in the 5 years from harvest, evolving and surprising for many years after 

For us the real essence of Barbera:
rich red fruit flavors on the nose; its distinct freshness making it very versatile 

On the label the moon phases dictate the time of work in the vineyards, promising great results

GRIGNOLINO D’ASTI D.O.C.

Grape variety 100% Grignolino 

Vineyard municipality of Agliano Terme; average age of vines 25 years 

Soil a balanced mix of clay, sand and silt 

Vinification cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation with separation of the grape seeds, no punch down 

Aging steel tanks, period of rest in the bottle 

Longevity best in the 3 years from harvest, but with a promising future 

For us fascinating bright, yet pale red color, a nose rich in strawberries; its delicate tannins is typical of this variety 

On the label the arches recall the typical vaults of traditional Piedmontese buildings, representing a safe place under which to find shelter in all seasons

GRIGNOLINO D’ASTI D.O.C.

Grape variety 100% Grignolino

Grape Variety 100% Freisa

Vineyard municipality of Moasca; average age of vines 20 years

Soil Sant’Agata fossili marls with a high concentration of sand

Vinification 30% whole bunches to highlight the fruit flavors; delicate maceration, no punch down

Aging 4 months in a large oak barrel

Longevity best in the 3-5 years from harvest, but will continue to surprise us like a true Freisa

For us one of the oldest varieties in Piedmont, its DNA is similar to the Nebbiolo; a nose rich in raspberry and roses, it speaks to us in our dialect!

On the label the magpie, faithful and free-flying, holds a special place in the hearts of Piedmontese winegrowers; a celebration of our farms and their inhabitants

MONFERRATO D.O.C. BIANCO

Grape variety 85% Arneis, 15% Rhine Riesling 

Vineyard Guaragna estate, municipality of Nizza Monferrato 

Soil sand and river pebbles, high concentration of sodium and minerals 

Vinification delicate pressing,weekly bâtonnages from the end of fermentation until February for complexity 

Aging steel tanks, period of rest in the bottle 

Longevity impressive youthful expressions, but we expect interesting evolutions for 4-5 years 

For us it combines the aromas of Arneis (peach and white flowers) with the freshness of Riesling 

On the label flashes of the Guaragna starry sky on summer nights

MONFERRATO D.O.C. BIANCO

Vinification delicate pressing, slow fermentation at a controlled temperature between 13 ° C and 16 ° C

Longevity shows elegance and balance from an early age, saving some delightful surprises for 8-10 years 

For us the dream of bringing the Marin (the wind blowing from the sea) into this wine for marked salinity and crispness
