Longevity best in the 3 years from harvest, but with a promising future
For us fascinating bright, yet pale red color, a nose rich in strawberries; its delicate tannins is typical of this variety
On the label the arches recall the typical vaults of traditional Piedmontese buildings, representing a safe place under which to find shelter in all seasons

Soil Sant’Agata fossili marls with a high concentration of sand
Vinification 30% whole bunches to highlight the fruit flavors; delicate maceration, no punch down
Aging 4 months in a large oak barrel
Longevity best in the 3-5 years from harvest, but will continue to surprise us like a true Freisa
For us one of the oldest varieties in Piedmont, its DNA is similar to the Nebbiolo; a nose rich in raspberry and roses, it speaks to us in our dialect!
On the label the magpie, faithful and free-flying, holds a special place in the hearts of Piedmontese winegrowers; a celebration of our farms and their inhabitants
MONFERRATO D.O.C. BIANCO

For us it combines the aromas of Arneis (peach and white flowers) with the freshness of Riesling
